Due to the nature of edible oil products, returns are generally not accepted once the package has been opened or used.

If there is any issue such as damage during delivery or receiving the wrong product, customers are requested to contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and based on the merit of the issue, our team will advise the customer on the appropriate resolution.
